If you join our Corporate Banking business you will have the opportunity to develop into an all-round corporate banker and get exposure to various corporate banking businesses such as corporate credit trade finance cash management. Job Duties:
Oversee the branch administration promote business development with adequate risk control by good credit and compliance assessment
Work with Products/ Regional Heads to formulate marketing strategies for CMB customers with the objectives to achieve business AOP of the Branch.
Help maximizing the Branchs profits by formulating and implementing business and related strategies
Promote banks image and enhance the Branchs brand in the local market
Directing and manage the allocation of resources and overseeing coordination among different functions within the Branch for the launching of various products/ services
Ensure branch compliance with local regulations and relationship building with regulators.
Lead CMB team to achieve business & Stretch (if any) targets for profitability and growth including loan growth and deposit taking and cross-selling of other products
Monitor the quality of loan book and ensure a good balance on risk/return is maintained
Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank.

Job Requirements:
With min 10 years experience in Commercial Banking Business with sound commercial judgment and understanding Financial Crime Compliance
Experience in leading and managing a revenue generating team is required
Be familiar and adhere to government rules and local regulations without criminal/adverse record;
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
