What youll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.
As a Technical Support Intern you will support our global customer support operations and contribute to daily team activities:
- Monitor the global support queue and maintain the chat monitor.
- Communicate with global customers and help validate case priorities.
- Review cases with colleagues and assist in providing solutions to clients.
- Support team members in various daily operational tasks.
What you bring:
Were looking for someone proactive curious and eager to learn - someone who enjoys meaningful innovative work and values continuous growth.
- Current university students graduating in 2027/2028 or later
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Ability to commit to a 6month internship working at least 3 days per week
On-Site Internship Location:Dalian China (大连市沙河口区五一路 269 号 软件园 16 号楼)
Where you belong
SAP Product Support makes sure that customers incidents and tickets can be dealt at the first this position you can closely work with global colleagues and communicate with customers from different countries. You will negotiate with them and check basic information to validate incident priority. After the internship you will get familiar with SAP product and know standards processing procedures. Whats more you can practice verbal English and improve yourself in the multi-national working environments.
The Core Platform Services (CPS) Technical Support Team plays a vital role in safeguarding the stability security and performance of SAPs foundational platforms. As the owners of the core technical backbone the team ensures that all SAP business applications run reliably and efficiently at scale. Their responsibilities span key platform operations including system upgrades environment migrations and transport management across complex SAP landscapes ensuring seamless continuity and highquality delivery of enterprise services.
