专业(Professionals)化学仪表自动化或者相关专业
经验/履历(WorkingExperience)3年或以上分析仪流量温度压力仪表工作经验色谱分析仪优先可独立处理大部分工作场景并为他人提供专业建议具备团队工作协调的基础管理经验
专业技能(ProfessionalSkills)可独立开展工作且能提供技术指导熟练掌握客户关系深化服务沟通技巧客户异议处理数字化客户沟通服务转化销售等能力能独立制定工作计划培养客户忠诚度
推进客户导向工作做好合规管理计算机操作IT测试政策法规解读技术支持服务报告编制审核及技术问题排查
其他如语言计算机能力等(OtherssuchasLanguage/ComputerSkills)英语熟练


岗位职责描述MissionandObjectivesandSpecificDutiesofthePosition)

1接收处理客户产品咨询及投诉凭借专业技术知识为客户提供全流程技术支持维护核心客户与销售团队的合作关系搭建企业与客户的核心沟通桥梁可对接多品类产品市场业务
2汇总梳理客户高频问题制定并优化应对策略针对复杂技术难题完成故障定位与快速解决
3参与跨团队资源保障交付为客户沟通设定明确目标梳理客户核心需求并专业解答主导核心客户定期回访确保客户充分发挥产品/服务价值
4在服务对接中挖掘销售机会推介公司其他产品/服务持续参与培训与能力评估考取专业资质通过多渠道学习掌握行业技术监管要求及最佳实践
5可接受全国出差
