Client Service Intern
Job Summary
1. Offer consultation services from both call and e-mails. 提供电话/电邮的咨询服务
2. Provide price quotations register the information of samples according to the information received and answer any queries clients may have 提供报价订单信息注册/录入以及解答客户疑问
3. Work with different department to make sure all orders are completed on time and clients are kept up to date on the status of their order; 各部门协调合作确保订单按时完成并确保客户及时了解订单状态
4. Handle ad-hoc assignment as required and finish other tasks assigned by manager/leader on time and meet requirements 处理临时分配的工作按时按要求完成经理/负责人安排的其他工作
Qualifications :
1. College degree or above 大专及以上专业不限
2. Good command of Oral English and writing English 良好的英语口语和书写能力.
3. Good communication skills and language competence; 良好的沟通和语言表达能力
4. Self-initiated independent and a good team player. 主动独立有良好的团队合作精神 .
