Product Manager Oncology & Specialties
Responsible for the end-to-end of product management (marketing P&L and commercial execution) for the Oncology & Specialties portfolio. Identifies opportunities in public and private sectors leads multidisciplinary teams and ensures correct implementation of commercial and digital strategies alongside the sales force.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing and promotional plan including digital campaigns and training materials for the sales team.
Manage product P&L demand and financial forecasting; propose corrective actions to meet business targets.
Analyze market data (IQVIA field monitoring reports) identify opportunities and threats and recommend action plans.
Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (Access Policy Commercial Medical Legal Finance Regulatory) to expand product presence in public and private markets.
Plan and oversee events and activities (congresses webcasts summits) and manage internal approvals and sponsorships.
Ensure tactical implementation with the sales force and effective use of internal tools.
Requirements
University degree in Marketing Business Administration Economics Engineering Pharmacy Medicine or related field; postgraduate/MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (Oncology Immunology HAP Rare Diseases or related markets).
Fluent English (essential).
Understanding of the public pharmaceutical market.
Technical skills: advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Market Audit tools (IQVIA or similar); P&L management.
