Sr Territory Manager
Job Summary
As a Sr Territory Manager here at Honeywell you will manage a designated territory build strong customer relationships identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through exceptional service and market analysis. You will report directly to our Sr Sales Manager and youll work out of our Santiago location on a Remote work schedule.
We are looking for a strategic professional focused on managing building loyalty and developing business relationships with Honeywells most important or strategic clients for the CSAR region. This role will manage all aspects of interaction with current and new clients for CSAR. It will involve building relationships and understanding the clients business to offer appropriate products or solutions. It will define the sales and growth strategy for key clients aligning with business objectives. It will identify opportunities and build credibility with clients. It will use its product knowledge to deliver a value proposition to clients.
Responsibilities
- Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization.
- Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.
- Drive continuous improvement and lead changes in a premiere Sales Organization.
- Develop customized strategies for key clients. Build and maintain high-level trusting relationships.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Analyze account data to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing product customer service) to address client needs.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Experience in the field and with a consultative sales model
- Experience selling technology (HW SW)
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and plan.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Empathy and Relationship Building: Ability to build strong trusting relationships.
