Your new role
As Pricing Manager youll be at the intersection of commercial strategy and financial performance designing innovative pricing approaches in a highly competitive market. Your work will directly influence how we bring innovative treatments to market while maintaining our commitment to ethical sustainable business practices.
In this role youll:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across multiple markets and therapy areas ensuring competitiveness while maximizing value creation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial Market Access and Finance to drive strategic pricing decisions
- Analyze market dynamics competitive landscapes and payer environments to identify pricing opportunities and risks
- Lead pricing negotiations and support market access initiatives to ensure our treatments reach the patients who need them
- Build robust pricing models and frameworks that support both short-term performance and long-term business objectives
- Partner with International Operations and regional teams to adapt global pricing strategies to local market realities
- Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior leadership influencing key business decisions
Your new department
Within Finance & Operations the pricing function plays a critical role in our commercial success. Youll work at the heart of strategic decision-making partnering closely with commercial teams market access and senior leadership to ensure our pricing strategies support sustainable growth while maintaining our commitment to patient access. This is a high-impact role where your financial expertise and strategic influence will shape how we compete and win in complex market dynamics.
Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for a commercially-minded pricing professional whos ready to apply their expertise in a purpose-driven environment. Youll bring:
- Proven experience in pricing revenue management and/or commercial finance ideally within consumer goods or retail industries
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience building pricing models conducting market analysis and translating data into strategic recommendations
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field; advanced degree (MBA MSc) is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Adaptability and curiosityyoure energized by learning a new industry and applying your commercial expertise in healthcare
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools and data analysis software (Excel Power BI or similar)
