Job Summary
Title: Salesforce nCino Business Analyst
Location: Canada Remote
Mode: Contract
Role Summary:
The Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to deliver effective compliant and scalable solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform within banking and lending programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements from banking and lending stakeholders
- Translate requirements into clear user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
- Support backlog grooming sprint planning and Agile ceremonies with Product Owners and delivery teams
- Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenarios execution and defect triage
- Analyze end-to-end lending workflows using Salesforce and nCino (LOS credit collateral covenants)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the nCino platform during requirement discussions and solution reviews
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers Administrators Architects and QA teams
- Track delivery progress risks dependencies and key business KPIs
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology programs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino implementations
- Strong domain knowledge in Banking Financial Services or Lending
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong documentation stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce and/or nCino certification
