What are we looking for
We areseekinga strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This role is a key partner to business leaders helping to drive performance strengthen our culture and support organizational growth through effective people strategies.
As an HRBP you willoperateat both a strategic and operational levelcoaching leaders leading key HR initiatives and ensuring our people practices scale with the business. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment brings strong business acumen and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
To be successful in this role you bring:
5 years of progressive HR experience withdemonstratedexperience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices; you are confident handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
Proven ability to influence coach and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience driving performance management employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling) and ATS systems(Lever);andproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Adaptability and resilienceyou thrive in a dynamic evolving environment and help others navigate change.
What you will be doing day to day:
Strategic Partnership:
Partner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies that drive performance engagement and retention.
Employee Relations & Coaching:
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees providing guidance on performance management employee relations and workplace concerns. Lead and support investigations as needed.
Talent & Performance Management:
Drive performance management processes including goal setting reviews and development planning. Support leaders in building high-performing accountable teams.
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies workforce planning and hiring decisions to attract andretaintop talent.
Engagement & Culture:
Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement enhance company culture and reinforce our values across the organization.
HR Operations & Programs:
Oversee core HR processes including benefits administration HRIS data integrity (ADP) and policy implementation whileidentifyingopportunities to improve and scale.
Change Management & Growth:
Support organizational change initiatives and help scale HR programs policies and processes as the business continues to will share yourexpertisewith companies in our portfolio to help them grow.
