Job Title Part-Time Junior Marketing Coordinator (Contract)

Hear at Home is a boutique hearing clinic based in North Vancouver providing both in-clinic and mobile hearing care services. We focus on a professional relationship-driven approach to hearing health and have built a strong reputation in the community.

The Opportunity:
Were looking for a junior marketer to support our outreach and client engagement efforts on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience building and executing real campaigns not just designing them.

Youll be working with an existing client database and helping us strengthen connections with current past and potential clients through thoughtful consistent communication.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Developing simple clear marketing plans focused on client engagement
• Reaching out to existing and past clients through email and other channels
• Supporting outreach to new potential clients and community connections
• Coordinating with our graphic designers to bring campaigns to life
• Tracking results and helping us understand whats working and whats not
• Suggesting improvements based on data and feedback

What Were Looking For:

• Early-career marketer or marketing student/recent graduate
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Organized self-directed and able to follow through
• Comfortable working with data and basic analytics
• Interest in healthcare or community-based businesses is an asset
• Ideally based on the North Shore
