Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design and delivery of scalable Pega-based solutions. The candidate will be responsible for defining architecture guiding development teams and ensuring best practices across implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Pega applications
Define technical solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture
Guide and mentor Pega developers and ensure adherence to best practices
Design case management workflows integrations and reusable components
Review code ensure quality and optimize application performance
Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional teams
Drive implementation using Agile methodologies
Identify risks provide mitigation strategies and ensure timely delivery
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
Expertise in case management decisioning integrations and UI design
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance Pega solutions
Strong knowledge of Pega architecture and best practices (guardrails)
Experience with REST/SOAP services and system integrations
Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (mandatory or highly preferred)
Experience in Healthcare domain
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Exposure to DevOps CI/CD pipelines and performance tuning

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
