Job Overview

Our clients are a flagship property investment development and management firm and are recognized as one of the countrys premier real estate developers. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join their dynamic team to manage a project site.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation Review: Reviewing method statements tender/construction drawings and contractor shop drawings related to civil structural external and finishing work.
Quality Management: Reviewing material submittals and samples for compliance structuring quality inspections for incoming materials and monitoring all quality-related activities during construction.
Site Supervision: Carrying out site inspections for civil and structural work to ensure the quality of work and finalizing setting out and levels demonstrated by the contractor.
Coordination: Coordinating effectively with consultants contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: A BSc Degree or equivalent with over 10 years of experience in mid to high-rise building construction.
Technical Knowledge: Significant experience in supervision and quality control of civil and structural (C&S) work including piling and finishing work in buildings.
Software Proficiency: Competency in using AutoCAD MS Project and the MS Office package.
Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an added advantage.
Personal Attributes: The ability to perform under minimum supervision with a commitment to honesty and transparency.
