Relevant Experience:

Procurement
Supply Chain Management
Technical-Economic Engineering
Negotiation
University degree in a technical or economic field

Strong Skills in:

Analysis and synthesis
Planning prioritization and anticipation
Communication and negotiation
Observation dynamism commercial thinking and efficiency
Working individually and in a team
Numerical calculation and reasoning
English language knowledge intermediate/advanced level
Category B driving license

Responsibilities

Develop a unified scope of work for required products/services in collaboration with requesting departments
Market research and identification of suitable suppliers
Request and analyze technical-economic offers
Negotiate contracts and commercial clauses (price payment terms delivery etc.)
Monitor compliance with delivery/execution deadlines
Verify and archive documents issued by suppliers
Correct allocation of expenses to cost centers
Maintain supplier relationships and manage contract validity
Periodically evaluate suppliers in relation to market developments
