Your role at SKE
- Manage and maintain relationships with key account customers (C&I installers) ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Proactively acquire and develop new customers based on their specific needs.
- Provide technical advice and for existing clients in the trade industry and utility sectors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and ensure customer success.
- Analyze customer needs recommend products and deliver technical presentations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Build relationships with new PV clients and installers offering technical expertise and training.
- Support the Channel/Tier2 Manager in achieving sales targets and securing orders.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives and events in collaboration with the marketing team.
What will help you succeed
- Electrotechnical and commercial education (electrical engineering business administration or similar)
- Proven experience in technical sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings training and industry events
- Familiarity with the renewable energy industry particularly PV technology is preferred
- Native Romanian speaker with good knowledge of English
