We are looking for an experienced field-based sales professional with an established network in the logistics industry who can help us expand our client portfolio and drive business growth.

Tasks

• Identify approach and acquire new clients requiring recruitment and staffing services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including HR Managers Operations Managers Logistics Directors and business owners.
• Conduct regular field visits meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Generate leads through networking referrals industry events and market research.
• Understand client hiring needs and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the logistics and related sectors.
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics transportation warehousing supply chain or a related industry.
• Proven sales business development or account management experience.
• Strong existing network of contacts within the logistics sector.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated proactive and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly.
