The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and data-drivenABM Campaign Specialistto join our marketing team. You will leverageDemandbaseto identify high-intent accounts orchestrate multi-channel campaigns and partner closely with Sales to turn cold accounts into closed-won deals. If you love the intersection of technology data and revenue this is your playground.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Intent-Based Orchestration: Use Demandbase intent signals to identify accounts currently in-market. Youll prioritize these accounts based on engagement scores and technographic data.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and lead end-to-end ABM campaigns (1:1 1:Few and 1:Many) that span LinkedIn display advertising email and direct mail.
- Sales Enablement & Alignment: Act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales. Youll provide Sales with cheat sheets on account intent and real-time alerts to help them open doors and win deals.
- Lead & Pipeline Generation: Own the numbers. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality SALs and drive pipeline velocity.
- Content Personalization: Collaborate with the content team to create bespoke assetswhitepapers landing pages and adstailored to specific accounts.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on account penetration engagement and conversion rates. Youll use these insights to constantly iterate and optimize your plays.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:
- 3 years of experience in marketing and/or ABM related roles in B2B context.
- Proficiency with Salesforce/HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Ability to translate intent data into actionable marketing tactics.
- A sales-first attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with Account Executives.
- Knowledge of the financial industry payment industry will be appreciated.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Mastery of Demandbase will be a plus.
