Our client is building a scalable media network and is looking for an experienced Senior Broadcast Operations Manager to lead and optimize the ad broadcasting and placement pipeline across 50 newsletter domains.
This person will be responsible for building and managing the advertising calendar ensuring proper placement and execution of campaigns and working closely with Content Analytics and Growth teams to maximize monetization performance.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments understands email monetization and brings proven experience in broadcast execution campaign scheduling and direct-response promotions.
They are not looking for someone who simply runs tasks. They are seeking a performance-driven professional who takes responsibility cares about results and actively drives impact.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain ad placement calendars across 50 newsletter properties
Manage ad inventory placement rotation and partner allocations
Assign offers creatives hooks and links based on strategy & performance history
Ensure correct tracking UTMs and attribution for each send
Maintain sending quality and distribution cadence
Collaborate with analytics to analyze performance and refine strategy
Report on monetization performance efficiency and fill rate
Improve workflows systems and automation over time
Identify opportunities to expand revenue optimize offers and improve placements
Serve as a central command point for broadcast execution
Requirements:
5 years experience in: Media buying / affiliate / direct-response marketing OR Campaign management or ad scheduling / rotations
Strong understanding of tracking UTMs delivery windows frequency and offer pacing
A proactive operator who enjoys ownership and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
Highly structured detail-oriented organized and calm under scale
Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing independently
C1 English both written and spoken
Ambitious hungry performance-oriented
Not a clock-in clock-out role
Nice to Have:
Experience in affiliate or performance media (direct response preferred)
Newsletter monetization experience
Experience overseeing ad operations at scale
Experience in U.S. DTC/affiliate offers
