Salary range: 125163 PLN net/h

What will you do

Your tasks

Collaborate in a team of 46 people with a dedicated product owner
Translate business requirements into deliverable user stories
Deploy changes iteratively into production
Take shared responsibility for production support
Identify and reduce technical debt
Design solutions aligned with technology standards
Pair with other engineers during development

Your skills

5 years of commercial experience in Python
Experience with Pandas Numpy and Flask or Django
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work with local and distributed teams
Leadership mindset and ability to support junior developers
Open and flexible approach to learning new technologies

Nice to have

Experience with machine learning NLP or AI
Background in FX or Rates pricing systems
Knowledge of KDB or cloud technologies
Experience with JavaScript or Vue
