Business Analyst – Deal Excellence Reporting
Job Summary
Position Overview
The Business Analyst supports the Deal Excellence team by managing reporting infrastructure dashboards and data analytics to provide visibility into deal pipeline performance metrics and organizational learning.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboards
Administer GamePlan reports with quality assurance and accuracy checks
Develop maintain and update management dashboards (pipeline forecasts win/loss tracking risk indicators)
Create GLT (Global Leadership Team) summaries and executive-level reporting
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Data Management & Analysis
Organize and maintain reporting standards and data definitions
Ensure data integrity across deal tracking systems
Analyze deal performance metrics to identify trends and insights
Support lessons learned documentation with data-driven analysis
Analysze deal data projection for status and target assessment
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities for reporting automation and optimization
Develop standardized templates and reporting artifacts
Maintain reporting documentation and user guides
Support continuous improvement initiatives for Deal Excellence processes
Business Knowledge Management
Store big deal results and prepare for reuse in bid library
Capture lessons learned and trigger process changes based on data insights
Support win/loss analysis with quantitative data and pattern recognition
Required Qualifications
Essential Experience
3-5 years in business analysis sales operations or data analytics roles
Experience with enterprise reporting tools and dashboard development
Familiarity with sales processes and deal management workflows
Background in IT services or technology sector preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel (advanced) SharePoint Office Tools
Experience with CRM data extraction (Salesforce) and analysis
Basic database functionality knowledge for data queries and manipulation
Dashboard design and data visualization expertise (Excel PowerPoint VBA PowerBI)
Understanding of automation tools (CoPilot AI tools and features)
Analytical Skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
General business understanding of Sales Projects and key information
Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions
Pattern recognition and trend analysis capabilities
Process-oriented mindset with focus on standardization
