Director Luxury Retail Operations Duty-Free (Colombian Women Only)

We are seeking a high-performing female executive to lead large-scale luxury retail operations in a high-end tourism-driven Caribbean island environment.

This role is ideal for a strategic and operational leader with proven experience in duty-free luxury retail or high-volume international commercial environments capable of driving revenue growth operational excellence and premium customer experience.

Location: Caribbean (Relocation Package Included)

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead multi-store retail operations in a high-volume tourism environment
• Ensure inventory accuracy shrinkage control and operational efficiency
• Implement best-in-class retail processes and SOPs

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales performance margin optimization and revenue growth
• Analyze tourist purchasing behavior and global retail trends
• Execute promotions pricing strategies and commercial initiatives

Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead and develop Store Managers Supervisors and Sales Teams
• Build a high-performance sales-driven culture
• Implement training programs focused on luxury customer experience

Financial & P&L Management

• Full ownership of P&L budgets and cost control
• Monitor KPIs: revenue conversion rate ATV margins
• Drive profitability and operational efficiency

Customer Experience Excellence

• Ensure premium luxury-level service standards
• Monitor customer satisfaction and brand reputation
• Continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 812 years in retail / duty-free / luxury / commercial operations
• Proven experience as:
  • General Manager
  • Retail Operations Director
  • Commercial Director (Retail)
• Strong experience in:
  • High-volume retail environments
  • Tourism-driven markets (highly preferred)
  • Inventory & supply chain management
• Experience managing multicultural teams
• Strong financial acumen (P&L ownership)
• Fluent English (C1/C2 required)
• Willing to relocate (mandatory)
