UPL is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for leading and managing end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) Logistics and Procurement functions within a GCC setup at for ensuring the smooth operation of the center leading teams and driving improvements in processes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Leadership:
Develop and implement global procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including vendor selection onboarding contract negotiation and compliance.
Establish vendor management policies SOPs and control frameworks.
Monitor supplier performance and manage risk mitigation strategies.
Drive cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships.
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations:
Oversee logistics operations including transportation warehousing and distribution.
Optimize supply chain networks for efficiency cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Implement global logistics standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with manufacturing planning and commercial teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
Compliance and Regulatory:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations.
Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Staying up to date on changes to regulations and policies.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaising with headquarters or regional management.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Communicating effectively with all relevant parties.
Strategic Planning:
Contributing to the development of strategic plans for the Columbia location.
Implementing and executing strategic initiatives.
Monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
Experience:
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience of handling Service Delivery
Fluency in Spanish Portuguese and English
Any Graduate or masters degree or professional certification in Finance or Accounting.
