Job Summary
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Lead / Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud platforms. This role combines technical leadership architecture design and hands-on development supporting initiatives such as application modernization and cloud migration.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the Azure ecosystem a solid background in enterprise software development and proven ability to lead agile teams while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor development teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Design and build scalable secure and high-performance solutions on Azure
- Define and validate enterprise and cloud-based architectures
- Develop and maintain web applications APIs and system integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements technical design and planning
- Ensure best practices in code quality security performance and maintainability
- Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate) when required
- Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Requisitos
Required Technical Skills:
- Programming & Development
- Backend experience with JavaScript Go or Python
- Frontend knowledge in HTML CSS
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Databases
- Relational databases: PostgreSQL MySQL
- NoSQL databases: Cosmos DB MongoDB
- Cloud & DevOps
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines testing and deployment processes
Leadership & Professional Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer
- Strong ownership accountability and results-driven mindset
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt in dynamic and fast-changing environments
Required Skills:
Requirements Strong experience with Python (real-world web development in production) Experience with frameworks such as Flask FastAPI or similar Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await) Hands-on experience with React (not just theoretical knowledge) Experience building APIs and handling authentication Experience with relational databases and caching (Redis) Cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable) Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Proven experience building production-level products Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
