Description

The Global Enablement Programs Manager is responsible for designing governing and scaling Vertivs global partner and consultant enablement ecosystem. This role ensures that partners consultants and alliances are equipped with the right education content tools and campaigns to consistently represent Vertiv drive adoption and accelerate pipeline velocity.

Acting as a global orchestrator the role aligns Sales Marketing Learning & Development IT and Portfolio teams to deliver a unified scalable and measurable partner experience across regions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining continuity driving consistency and improving the effectiveness of Vertivs partner-led go-to-market model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Enablement Strategy & Education

  • Define and execute a global partner and consultant enablement strategy aligned with Vertivs commercial and go-to-market priorities.
  • Design and manage global partner education programs including learning paths certifications platform enablement and rewards or benefits frameworks.
  • Assess partner needs maturity and readiness to inform scalable enablement programs that support regional execution.

Sales & Adoption Enablement

  • Drive partner adoption through close coordination with regional Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Enable internal sales teams to effectively engage position and sell through partners and consultants.
  • Monitor enablement adoption usage and effectiveness across regions using insights to continuously optimize programs.

Content Syndication & Narrative Consistency

  • Ensure a consistent global partner narrative aligned with Vertivs value proposition and market priorities.
  • Oversee syndication of enablement content across partner websites e-commerce platforms events and Vertiv-owned digital channels.
  • Partner with Brand Digital and Integrated Marketing teams to align messaging content standards and execution.

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Support the design and execution of partner-facing marketing campaigns in collaboration with Global and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to campaign planning KPI definition and ROI measurement related to partner activation.
  • Enable partner communications and activation through Inside Sales telemarketing and related channels.

Governance & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the central coordination point between Marketing Sales L&D IT and Portfolio teams for Enablement Programs.
  • Establish clear governance processes and ownership to reduce duplication and ensure global consistency with regional flexibility.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Partner capturing insights and feedback to influence enablement strategy tools and content development.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in enablement commercial excellence sales enablement or go-to-market roles.
  • Proven experience in global B2B enterprise and/or industrial technology environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills across Sales Marketing Enablement L&D IT and Portfolio teams.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies partner-led and channel-based go-to-market ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Experience working with regional teams and balancing global consistency with local execution.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills to oversee end-to-end enablement programs execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze program performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across functions and regional teams.
  • Ability to develop and maintain enablement frameworks ensuring consistency across global teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English required (minimum C1 level).
