Our team is growing and were looking for someone who loves working with customers wants to grow in a product-focused role and can combine technical skills with strong communication.
What Youll Do:
- Help customers get the most out of our platform
- Manage and coordinate the client pipeline - schedule meetings and product demos
- Conduct product demos and support the sales team with retention activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and the product
- Start with a more basic role to learn the platform then gradually take on more complex and exciting responsibilities
Youre a Great Fit if You:
- Speak and write English fluently
- Have experience in customer support customer success account management or a similar role
- Enjoy communicating with customers and solving problems
- Are organized detail-oriented and proactive
- Want to learn and grow in a SaaS/product environment
- Are open to working fixed US shifts (16:00 01:00 CET)
