German Speaking Customer Advisor
Job Summary
Are you a German speaker who loves helping people We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the lively city of this role you will be the voice of a world-famous corporate travel platform ensuring business travelers get where they need to go with ease and confidence.
As a Customer Advisor you are a problem solver and a travel assistant. You will handle questions from corporate clients regarding their travel plans providing high-quality support in both German and English.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming requests via phone email and chat from German-speaking business travelers.
- Travel Booking: Assist clients with bookings cancellations and changes to flights hotels and car rentals.
- Software Navigation: Use travel software and internal databases to find and provide accurate information.
- Problem Solving: Fix travel-related issues (like delays or schedule changes) to keep the clients journey smooth.
- Professional Service: Maintain a friendly helpful and professional attitude to uphold premium service standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) and an upper-intermediate level of English (B2 level).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multiple computer screens and learning new software quickly.
- Resilience: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult travel situations.
- Experience: No previous customer service or travel experience is required! We provide full training to help you succeed.
