Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client a global outsourcing company providing customer support and sales services across international markets. You will be hired directly by the employer.


Work Model: Hybrid (office on Wednesday and Thursday)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00

Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus


About the Role:

We are looking for a driven German-Speaking Account Executive to join an international this role you will reconnect with former customers rebuild relationships and help them restart and grow their use of the companys products.

You will manage your own portfolio identify growth opportunities and provide tailored marketing recommendations based on each clients business goals. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys sales client communication and account development in a fast-paced B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to former customers and reactivate their accounts
  • Manage client relationships and support long-term success
  • Create and follow a clear plan to grow your business portfolio
  • Meet sales targets and identify new opportunities with B2B clients
  • Communicate with clients via email phone and online meetings
  • Understand client goals and recommend suitable marketing solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts
  • Meet quarterly sales goals and other KPIs


What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer service sales or an outsourcing environment
  • Experience in marketing
  • Understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline
  • Ability to use a value-based selling approach in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and increase client investment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
