About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with nearnative Dutch and good English skills to join a customer service team in this role you will provide phone support for CAK in the Netherlands assisting customers with inquiries related to the Social Support Act and Long-Term Care Act regulations.
As part of the Customer Services department you will handle daily customer questions and provide support regarding administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based customer support to Dutch-speaking clients
- Answer questions regarding outstanding balances direct debit and administration
- Assist customers with changes related to the Social Support Act and Long-Term Care Act schemes
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- Near-native Dutch (Flemish accents not accepted)
- English at B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia
Training
- 12 weeks training depending on group size and progress
Salary & Bonus
- 2045 gross monthly salary
- 100 performance bonus
- 800 welcome bonus
Relocation Support
- Travel reimbursement up to 490 BGN after 6 months (with travel documents and no pre-notice period)
- Advance salary option: 1056 BGN net upon employee request (paid within 5 working days)
- Hotel accommodation arranged by the company upon confirmed arrival date
Note: If employment is terminated within the first 6 months any outstanding advance salary will be deducted from the final salary and travel reimbursement will not be processed.
