About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and player-focused German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic international team in Varna Bulgaria supporting leading clients in the gaming and betting this role you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking players delivering top-tier support primarily through chat and email to ensure fast effective and friendly resolutions to all inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer contacts from German-speaking users via chat and email with the potential for voice and social media support in the future
Assist customers with account setup verification login issues financial transactions bonus requests and general platform navigation
Investigate and resolve betting-related queries escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialist teams when necessary
Ensure all interactions meet the highest standards of quality compliance and customer satisfaction
Identify recurring issues or platform bugs and escalate findings to relevant internal teams
Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
Stay up to date with platform features promotions responsible gaming policies and gaming regulations
Requirements
Fluent German (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
Proficient level of English
Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for gaming and/or the betting industry
Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and data protection principles is a plus
Empathetic quick-thinking and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in customer service gaming or iGaming is an advantage but not required
