About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and player-focused German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic international team in Varna Bulgaria supporting leading clients in the gaming and betting this role you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking players delivering top-tier support primarily through chat and email to ensure fast effective and friendly resolutions to all inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts from German-speaking users via chat and email with the potential for voice and social media support in the future
- Assist customers with account setup verification login issues financial transactions bonus requests and general platform navigation
- Investigate and resolve betting-related queries escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialist teams when necessary
- Ensure all interactions meet the highest standards of quality compliance and customer satisfaction
- Identify recurring issues or platform bugs and escalate findings to relevant internal teams
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Stay up to date with platform features promotions responsible gaming policies and gaming regulations
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
- Proficient level of English
- Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for gaming and/or the betting industry
- Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and data protection principles is a plus
- Empathetic quick-thinking and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in customer service gaming or iGaming is an advantage but not required
