About your role:
We are looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join the team in this role you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers and ensuring a positive service experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients and assist them with various inquiries and issues.
What you will do:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
Provide accurate information using internal tools and procedures
What were looking for:
Slovenian language at C2 level
English language at minimum B2 level
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
Working schedule:
Monday Friday: 09:00 23:00
Saturday Sunday: 10:00 19:00
Work schedule organized in shifts
Training:
3 weeks of training 1 week nesting
Working model:
Office-based (B&M) Sofia
