Role Description: Are you passionate about ensuring stable secure and highperforming enterprise mobility platforms Were looking for a Lead Engineering Operations Enterprise Mobility professional to join our team.
We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Operations professional to support and enhance largescale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) & Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions/platforms (e.g. Microsoft Intune VMware Workspace ONE Ivanti Endpoint Manager Ivanti Neurons) and device enrolment programs (e.g. Apple Automated Device Enrolment ADE Samsung Knox Mobile Enrolment KME Android Zero Touch Enrolment ZTE). You will own operational governance and service performance lead major incidents and escalations drive release readiness and partner with engineering cyber security vendors and stakeholders to strengthen stability security and compliance while delivering continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mobility Operations Change & Release Governance: Own ITILaligned change control impact assessments and release readiness for golives.
- Incident Escalation & Problem Management: Lead highpriority incidents (incl. missioncritical/emergency services) coordinate vendor escalations and drive rootcause analysis/problem management.
- Security Risk & Vulnerability Management: Partner with Cyber Security on vulnerability remediation and Mobile Threat Defence (MTD) response; manage audits and fleet posture/security event reporting.
- Platform Engineering & Lifecycle Management: Lead platform uplift and optimisation initiatives across UEM/EMM services to improve reliability scale and user experience. Govern OS/app testing and compatibility; oversee integrations (identity certificates directories network access).
- Device Provisioning Automation & Scale: Implement zerotouch enrolment (Apple Business Manager Android zerotouch Samsung Knox Mobile Enrolment) and Drive automations to streamline operations.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to uplift operational capability and on-call effectiveness. Manage vendor performance with clear expectations accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
- Over 12 years of experiencein Enterprise Mobility Management Platform Operations or Engineering Operations within large-scale regulated environments (e.g. Telco Enterprise Government).
- Strong experience with UEM/EMM platforms such as Microsoft Intune VMware Workspace ONE and Ivanti Neurons includingenrolmentecosystems (ADE KME ZTE).
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills including executive-level incident and risk updates.
Preferred:
- Prior working experience in Engineering Operations within large-scale regulated environments (e.g. Telco Enterprise Government)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical ProblemSolving: Structured RCA pattern recognition across incidents/changes/requests and strong data literacy.
- Decisive Under Pressure: Clear prioritisation and sound decisionmaking in timecritical scenarios.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives mentoring teams and driving vendor outcomes.
- Incident & Escalation Management: Calm accountable leadership across platforms vendors and stakeholders.
- Process Quality & Governance: ITIL discipline rigorous QA across change/release/operations and a continuousimprovement mindset.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Effective crossfunctional partnering; communicates clearly with technical and nontechnical audiences; strong customer empathy.
- Leadership & People Development: Provides technical leadership; mentors and coaches; holds vendors to clear expectations and outcomes.
