About the role

In this roleyoullassistwith developing channel strategies creatingand editingengaging contentand ensuringall contentalignswith our brands goals and audience interests.

Content Production

• Develop creative storyboards channel-specific content for both paid and organic workflows.

• Create edit and manage low-fi social-first content using tools like CapCut Canva and Premiere Pro.

• Oversee internal reviews and manage client feedback to ensuretimelydelivery.

• Organise in-house and campaign shoots collaborating with the creative lead.

• Curate user-generated content and influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility.

• Assistwith edits and work with UGC creators.

• Produce engaging copy that aligns with brand voice and complements visuals.

Social Media Execution

• Lead content ideation and executionidentifyingtrends and collaborating with clients.

• Work with the social team to develop creative strategies that meet client goals.

• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns.

• Work with our incredible strategy team to ensurewerenot just chasing trends we arebuildingbrands

Account Management

• Meet client expectations for social media timelines budgets creativity and quality.

• Present effectively andmaintainstrong client relationships.

• Own content planning and publishing across Social Platforms.

What youll bring:

• 2 years experience in a social content or creative role.

• Proven experience creating social-first content across multiple platforms with strong skills in video editing and shortform storytelling.

• Highly creative with a strong passion for culture trends and ideas that feel native to social platforms.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
