Job Summary
Product Governance and Disclosure Team
Join Vanguard Australias Product Governance and Disclosure Team and play a key role in maintaining highquality compliant disclosures across our investment and superannuation products.
Reporting to the Senior Disclosure Manager this role offers exposure across Managed Funds ETFs Superannuation and IDPS working closely with Product Legal Compliance and global stakeholders.
What youll do
Draft review and maintain regulatory disclosures including PDSs ensuring accuracy clarity and compliance
Support disclosure policies due diligence processes and governance standards
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and SMEs across Australia and VGI
Manage multiple disclosure deliverables with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Contribute to continuous improvement of disclosure processes and tools
What were looking for
Tertiary qualification in Law Finance Business or similar
Experience in funds management or superannuation ideally in product legal or compliance
Strong written communication analytical skills and attention to detail
Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
Nice to have
Knowledge of investment products and disclosure requirements
Experience with offer document or content management systems
