What youll do

As aSenior Process Engineer Industrial based in Brisbane you will oversee delivery of key process engineering work across energy and resources projects providing expert technical guidance to ensure outcomes meet time cost quality and stakeholder expectations.

• Lead process design safety assessments and risk management across complex resources and energy projects.

• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams promoting collaboration accountability and knowledge sharing.

• Develop and review key process deliverables including PFDs P&IDs calculations specifications and process safety documentation.

• Support project delivery from concept selection feasibility and FEED through detailed design construction and commissioning.

• Drive continuous improvement best-practice engineering standards and adoption of digital engineering tools.

• Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on technical and contractual matters.

What youll bring

• Relevant qualifications in Process or Chemical Engineering and professional memberships (Engineers Australia iChemE RPEQ)

• 10 years of process engineering experience across hydrocarbons power resources and green energy projects.

• Strong expertise in process design process safety and risk management for major and technically complex projects.

• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver multidisciplinary work across all project phases.

• Strong capability in process modelling (HYSYS UniSim and Fluid flow)

• Strong experience in equipment sizing technical problem-solving and data-driven design decisions.

• Committed to delivering safe sustainable compliant and practical engineering outcomes.
