We deliver a nationwide portfolio of entry-level nonclinical digital in-home and community based aged and community care services that support people to maintain independence wellbeing and social the roleThe Senior Specialist Marketing and Communications - Aged and Community Care plays a key role in delivering targeted day-to-day marketing and communications activities for the Aged and Community Care portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing & Communications the role is responsible for the development delivery and optimisation of insights informed integrated marketing and communications campaigns that build awareness confidence and demand supporting older people and their families at key decision points with a focus on sustainable customer collaboratively across the organisation the role ensures marketing and communications initiatives are customer centred strategically aligned and build awareness trust and demand for Red Cross aged and community care you will bringDemonstrated ability to develop articulate and present insights-informed creative innovative solutions for older Australians their families carers referrers and community capability in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns including planning execution optimisation and performance measurement across paid owned and earned in managing and collaborating with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver cohesive high-quality integrated campaigns that are reflective of lived project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to technical knowledge of Marketing and Communications ideally within an Australian aged community care setting.
