Technical Content Innovation Intern

The Job

We want to reshape how our worldwide customers will access technical information.

Today much of our content is locked in static manuals difficult to search update or reuse. Your role will be to help transform this into a more accessible structured and scalable knowledge experience. For this task we are looking for a motivated student to support our team both in creating new technical content and evaluating modern content hosting platforms for manuals and knowledge base material. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a technical mindset and an interest in digital knowledge management.

You will collaborate closely with the Application Support and Product management teams contributing directly to real projects while gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and methodologies. This full-time internship is designed for motivated individuals who want to learn grow and make a tangible impact in a professional environment.

Your mission

Your will play an active role in modernizing both our technical content and the platforms used to deliver it.

Specifically you will:

• Create new technical content including:
• Knowledge Base (KB) articles
• FAQs and troubleshooting guides
• Short instructional videos
• Review existing documentation and identify opportunities to improve clarity structure and user experience
• Evaluate content hosting platforms:
• Benchmarking features (search versioning tagging analytics etc)
• Comparing platforms for hosting manuals technical documentation and multimedia content
• Providing recommendations based on usability scalability and integration capabilities
• Assist in content organization and metadata design to improve discoverability
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate content accuracy

As an intern you will be fully integrated into the ASG team and involved in real projects from day one. Your work will have a direct impact on our customer journey and improve our product usability.
For example you will take the static PDF user manuals of our GNSS receivers and bring them to life by turning them into bitesized videos smart knowledge articles or guided workflows.

This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in transforming technical information into clear user-friendly documentation. By collaborating with subject matter experts and participating in actual projects you will also learn how to operate within a high-tech company: navigating cross-functional teams understanding how engineering and support functions work and contributing to processes that deliver value to customers.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a motivated candidate with the following background:

• Enrolled in Computer Science / Software Engineering Electronics / Electrical Engineering ICT / Applied Informatics or Technical Communication / Digital Media with strong technical affinity
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear user-friendly content
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and analytical mindset
• Interest in documentation tooling content management systems or digital platforms.
• Basic familiarity with video editing tools is an asset.

Prior professional experience is not required; motivation autonomy and eagerness to grow are essential.
