Your role and responsibilities

Right now were looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our amazing team in Waregem. This role plays an integral function in all internal and external customer support needs in the pre-sale sale and post-sale customer life cycle.

What else does it involve

• Provide first line assistance in handling customer support tickets related to installation software as well as non-technical issues.

• Facilitate onsite installation training of telematics devices.

• Assist & train dealers or end-users in the installation of telematics solutions on both electrical & diesel powered equipment

• Help customers achieve their telematics technical objectives by delivering timely technical guidance enablement and best practices materials.

• Be the technical voice of the customer when engaging with internal teams.

• Lead all technical deliverables for assigned projects.

• Assist with all (non-)warranty related product returns and credits.

• Assist in continuous process improvements & platform implementation projects in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.

• Assist in creating a culture of cross-functional collaboration

How to succeed

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• 2 years experience in Technical Service roles.

• Willing to travel on a regular basis (50%) in Europe.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills eager to learn.

• A flexible attitude but you are also a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.

• You are able to work with diverse teams

• Fluent in English and French.. Any other language is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills result oriented and a sense of responsibility.

• A problem solving attitude and aptitude.

• Affinity with technology/software.
