Key purpose
The Communications Manager is responsible for designing leading and delivering all communications activity for the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The role ensures stakeholders across the business understand the change are engaged throughout the programme lifecycle and are prepared for the transition to new systems processes and ways of working.
Key responsibilities
- Owns and leads all programme communications centrally to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
- Cocreates communication plans with PLT Tower Lead members BPOs and Change Leads operating as a proactive partner
- Provides senior strategic counsel including narrative development message sequencing and stakeholder influence to support the delivery of the programme change management strategy and plan and broader programme objectives
- Acts as a trusted advisor ensuring strong alignment clear accountability and highquality communication outcomes across the Programme
Competences
- Proven experience leading communications on large-scale SAP or ERP programmes
- Experience operating as a business partner
- Ability to translate complex programme information into clear human and accessible messaging
- Demonstrated creative capability - able to make communications engaging memorable and appropriate for different audiences while maintaining credibility
- Language skills: Fluent English and French essential; Dutch and German desirable
