Survey Manager


Were looking for a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to lead our talented Land Surveying team to deliver high-quality projects that make a real impact. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll guide and develop your team provide technical expertise and ensure projects run smoothly on time and to a high standard.


This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the growth and success of our Land Surveying team with the full support and backing of our multi-disciplinary business behind you. Youll be shaping a high-performing collaborative team environment while driving innovation and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.


What youll do:

  • Lead and coordinate survey team operations managing workloads priorities and quality delivery.
  • Oversee technical standards ensuring accuracy consistency and effective collaboration across disciplines.
  • Mentor and develop staff fostering growth accountability and performance.
  • Manage project budgets proposals and the survey P&L as if it were your own business.
  • Drive business growth by building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Promote compliance safety and a positive workplace culture.


What youll bring:

  • Licensed Cadastral Surveyor accreditation.
  • Proven survey experience with a strong record of delivery.
