Job Summary:

Red Hat Global Partner Engagement (GPE) チームでは日本のパートナー向けにRed Hat OpenShift Container Platform を中心とした技術支援を担う Senior Partner Technical Account Manager (TAM) を募集しています

本ポジションはパートナーに対する信頼できる技術アドバイザーとしてOpenShiftに関する運用上の課題解決を主導し社内のサポート開発プロダクトチームと連携しながら複雑な技術課題の解決および継続的な価値提供を推進します

またパートナーの代弁者として要望や課題を社内に適切に展開し意思決定に影響を与えるとともに技術的リスクの予防やライフサイクルに関するプロアクティブな提案を行います

Senior TAM はこれらに加えチームメンバーのメンタリングや技術的リードを担いAPACおよびGlobalチームと連携しながら組織全体への貢献も期待されます

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• 当社製品のパートナー様からのお問い合わせに対してレッドハットの窓口となって対応します

• 当社製品に関する技術的な支援を必要に応じて当社の製品サポートチーム開発チームの支援を得ながら行います

• 当社製品に関するバグや機能改善要望を製品開発チームオープンソースコミュニティにフィードバックし修正提供の推進や改善要望の実現を支援します

• 定期的にミーティングを実施しサポートケースなどを通じた技術的なディスカションやビジネスの状況の共有などを行います(必要に応じて対面で行う場合もあります)

• 当社製品を利用する上で重要なバグの情報やその回避策を提供し問題の予防を推進します

• サービスレビューを定期的に実施し(四半期に一度程度の頻度)期待されている支援ができているのかを双方で評価します

• 当社製品を利用する上での設計や技術的な教育課題を解決するために当社の各部門と協調して解決を推進します

Required Skills:

• Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform または Kubernetes に関する知識および設計構築運用いずれかの実務経験

• サポートエンジニアシステムエンジニアソリューションアーキテクトコンサルタント等として顧客またはパートナーに対する技術リード経験を含む5年以上の実務経験

• 複数のステークホルダーを巻き込んだ課題解決および調整の経験

• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力(パートナー及び社内の同じポジションの同僚やサポートチームといった関係者とディスカッションや折衝ができるレベル)

• 英語での業務コミュニケーション能力メールチャットに加え必要に応じて会議でのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル

The following are considered a plus:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)Red Hat OpenStack Platfrom Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform といった当社製品に関する知識やそれらの開発運用/維持保守の経験

• エンタープライズ向け製品を使ったシステム管理クラウドまたはミドルウェアでの経験

• コンピュータサイエンスまたはエンジニアリングの分野で学士号

• トレーニングおよびプレゼンテーションを提供した経験

• クラウド環境でのアプリケーションデプロイメントの経験

• 仮想化環境の運用/維持保守の経験

• コンテナ化されたアプリケーションの開発運用経験

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)資格

• 海外の組織との協業経験
