Datadog is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead the execution of partner marketing initiatives across Japan. This role will focus primarily on strengthening relationships with local channel partners while also supporting key cloud partnerships such as AWS and Google Cloud.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Japans IT ecosystem and channel landscape and thrives in a hands-on execution role that directly drives pipeline growth partner engagement and market expansion.
This role sits within the Japan Marketing team and collaborates closely with Japan Sales C&A Field Marketing as well as APJ and Global teams to deliver partner marketing programs tailored to the Japan market.

What Youll Do:
- Lead and execute joint marketing programs with Japan-based local channel partners to drive pipeline growth and partner engagement
- Plan and deliver partner-driven campaigns including events webinars and co-branded initiatives
- Own end-to-end program execution including planning KPI definition performance tracking and ROI optimization
- Build and strengthen partner relationships while expanding partner coverage and engagement across the Japan ecosystem
- Support cloud partner marketing initiatives (AWS Google Cloud) by localizing and executing global programs in Japan
- Operate effectively in a cross-functional environment collaborating with Sales C&A Field Marketing and Global teams to drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing
- Strong understanding of Japans IT industry and channel ecosystem
- Native-level or business-fluent Japanese (written and spoken); working proficiency in English
- Proven ability to execute marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
