• 製品ソリューションのポジショニングおよびメッセージング策定
• セールスイネーブルメント営業支援コンテンツツールの開発

本ポジションはその中でも Digital Experience 領域を担当しSalesforce Japanのウェブサイトを通じたデジタル顧客体験の向上に直接貢献しますグローバル本社米国のデジタルチームとの連携も多く国際的な環境でのコラボレーション経験を積むことができます

職務内容

Salesforce Japanのプロダクトマーケティングチームにおいて日本語ウェブサイトのコンテンツ品質最新性を維持向上させる役割を担っていただきますグローバルチームと連携しながら日本市場に最適化されたデジタル体験の提供に貢献する重要なポジションです

主な業務

• ウェブサイトローカライズプロセスの運用
  • グローバルのウェブサイト更新情報をキャッチアップし日本語版への反映プロセスを管理推進する
  • 社内の関係チームWebチームローカライズチーム等と連携しコンテンツ公開スケジュールを調整する
  • ローカライズ品質の確認フィードバックを行い継続的な改善に貢献する

• 海外ブログコンテンツの翻訳編集
  • グローバルブログ記事製品情報を日本市場向けに翻訳編集する
  • 翻訳の正確性自然さを担保するため外部翻訳ベンダーとの連携レビューを行う
  • 日本語コンテンツのSEO最適化を意識した編集作業を行う

• デモコンテンツのウェブ掲載対応
  • 製品デモ動画スクリーンショット等のコンテンツについてウェブ掲載に必要な申請承認フローを管理する
  • 関係部門ProductLegalBrand等との調整を行い公開までのプロセスをスムーズに進める
  • 掲載後のコンテンツ管理更新対応を行う

求める経験スキル

必須要件

• 日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力読み書き話し
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力グローバルチームとのメールやSlackでのやり取り
• ウェブコンテンツの制作編集管理に関する基本的な知識または実務経験
• 社内外の関係者と協力してプロジェクトを進める調整力コミュニケーション能力
• 細部への注意力と期限を守る責任感
