Stripe is looking for a People Partner to drive that effort across our GTM organization supporting GTM leaders and senior managers through scale creating an environment where people of all backgrounds can thrive and aligning our business strategy with our people strategy through data and first principles thinking.

What youll do

As a People Partner youll work alongside senior business leaders and managers to develop and deliver our people strategy advance our company mission and enable leaders to build high-impact healthy teams that deliver outstanding results for Stripe users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to GTM leaders helping them align their business and people strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and a strong employee experience
• Advise and coach leaders on org design change management and key organizational initiatives with a focus on efficiency clear decision-making and effective cross-functional collaboration
• Use data insights and judgment to inform decisions on structure programs and org health; translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner with leaders on global talent and organizational planning identifying critical talent building for future business needs and investing intentionally in team growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver people programs that advance Stripes people strategy at scale
• Champion a culture guided by our Operating Principles that elevates both the caliber and kindness of our teams

Minimum requirements

• 10 years of experience as an HR business partner preferably with a mix of experience in fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations
• Experience supporting functions within a go-to-market organization
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leaders on people strategy and business outcomes
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to design clear processes and balance detail-orientation with flexibility
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build trust and influence across diverse groups and seniority levels
