We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven L&D Project Manager to lead complex enterprise-wide learning initiatives with a strong focus on innovation scale and GenAI-enabled learning solutions. This role goes beyond traditional project management partnering closely with business leaders cross-functional teams and technology teams to design deliver and continuously improve learning programs that leverage data automation and generative AI.
Years of experience needed
10 Plus years of strong hands-on project management experience with 5 plus years in L&D.
Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning solution
Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools or AI-driven learning platforms
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid)
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace shifting priorities demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives including onboarding leadership development compliance training and upskilling programs
Identify and implement GenAI use cases across the learning lifecycle (e.g. content creation personalization assessments learning analytics coaching bots)
Partner with instructional design and tech teams to embed AI-driven learning solutions responsibly and effectively
Oversee pilot programs for GenAI-enabled tools and scale successful solutions across the organization
Ensure ethical compliant and secure use of AI in learning initiatives
Expertise in creating L&D curriculum for internal teams.
Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation
Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams (instructional designers facilitators LMS admins vendors) to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure learning programs meet quality standards and align with organizational learning strategy
Manage communication with stakeholders providing regular status updates and reports
Oversee pilot programs rollouts and post-launch evaluations
Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Maintain project documentation and governance standards
