Job Summary

Open Seat / Role Title - Maximo Functional Lead MAS 9.x with utility experience
Required Skills (3-4 key skills)

Lead functional design configuration and deployment of IBM Maximo across business units.
Translate business requirements into Maximo workflows asset structures job plans and work management processes.
Drive solution design sessions with SMEs business owners and technical teams.
Oversee functional deliverables including BRDs FDDs configuration specs and test scenarios.
Partner with technical teams on integrations data migration and interface validations.
Ensure Maximo configuration aligns with enterprise asset management standards and compliance needs.
Support SIT/UAT planning execution defect triage and readiness assessments.
Guide business stakeholders on Maximo best practices process optimization and adoption.
Manage functional issue resolution during cutover go live and hypercare.
Provide leadership to functional analysts and coordinate with cross platform teams like ERP GIS Mobile Reporting.
