Job Overview

Tekberry is seeking a Scrum Master II to support Agile delivery teams within Vehicle Services for our client a leader in automotive technology and digital innovation. This role serves as a servant leader and coach helping teams adopt and mature Agile practices while driving productivity predictability and transparency.

The Scrum Master II will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies remove impediments and enable continuous improvement across team delivery. This role also requires experience supporting evolving delivery models including AI-enabled workflows and modern Agile practices.

Serve as Scrum Master for assigned Agile team(s)
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospectives
Coach teams on Lean-Agile principles and best practices
Foster team engagement accountability and continuous improvement

Support release planning and cross-team alignment activities
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain backlog health and readiness
Guide teams through delivery challenges and evolving workflows

Identify escalate and help resolve team impediments
Act as a servant leader enabling teams to operate efficiently and independently
Support team formation and onboarding of new ways of working

Facilitate coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
Participate in cross-team planning dependency tracking and alignment events
Partner with Product Engineering and leadership to drive delivery outcomes

Track and communicate team performance metrics
Identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
Drive initiatives to improve delivery flow productivity and predictability

2 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery roles
Experience facilitating Agile teams and ceremonies in a professional environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban Lean)
Proven ability to manage flow and drive continuous improvement
Experience supporting team formation change management or new ways of working
Experience working with or supporting teams using AI tools or modern delivery frameworks
Strong communication facilitation and organizational skills
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
Must be local to the Atlanta area and able to work onsite 2 3 days per week
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (USC/GC only)

Scrum Master certification (CSM SAFe or equivalent)
Experience in enterprise or scaled Agile environments
Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in technology-driven organizations
Strong servant leadership mindset

This is a hybrid role supporting Agile teams in a fast-paced technology-driven environment. The position requires collaboration across cross-functional teams and adaptability to evolving delivery models and tools.

Hybrid schedule requires minimum 2 3 days onsite weekly (aligned with team schedule)
