We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with strong experience in Benefits Administration and HR Compliance. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations ensure regulatory compliance and manage employee benefits programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with federal state and company HR policies and regulations
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee queries related to benefits policies and HR procedures
Assist in audits reporting and compliance reviews
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for benefits management
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
2 years of experience in HR operations benefits or compliance
Strong knowledge of HR policies labor laws and compliance requirements
Experience with HRIS systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
