Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with strong experience in Benefits Administration and HR Compliance. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations ensure regulatory compliance and manage employee benefits programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal state and company HR policies and regulations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee queries related to benefits policies and HR procedures
- Assist in audits reporting and compliance reviews
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for benefits management
- Support HR operations and process improvements
- Strong knowledge in employee benefits programs (health dental vision 401k etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in HR operations benefits or compliance
- Strong knowledge of HR policies labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
