We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst to act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology this role you will play a key part in transforming business ideas into structured actionable technology initiatives while supporting governance and strategic decision-making.
You will work across cross-functional teams to analyze business needs define requirements and drive demand lifecycle activities from ideation through approval-ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Business & Demand Analysis
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business ideas into well-defined technology demands
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact urgency and strategic alignment
Process Improvement & Modeling
Perform as-is and to-be process analysis to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
Create process flows system diagrams and business models
Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Business Case & Financial Insights
Develop ROI TCO and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making
Assist in preparing business cases and funding justifications
Evaluate feasibility and provide data-driven recommendations
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business leaders IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Facilitate workshops intake sessions and requirement discussions
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Governance & Documentation
Support demand lifecycle processes and governance frameworks
Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation
Maintain accurate records of requirements risks and dependencies
Technology & Solution Alignment
Assess technical feasibility and recommend solution approaches
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
Support integration of new solutions into existing environments
Required Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Process Analysis
Strong experience in requirements gathering documentation and business case development
Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (e.g. Visio)
Experience working with demand management or portfolio tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Strong understanding of business-to-technology translation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Teams SharePoint)
Nice to Have
Experience with Power BI for reporting and insights
Familiarity with Agile / ITIL / PMP / CBAP or similar frameworks
Exposure to enterprise IT environments and governance processes
