The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care within the ICU potentially floating between units. This role requires experience in Neuro ICU and the ability to handle a patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3. The position involves working every other weekend.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in the ICU.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Administering medications.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in the ICU.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum of two years of hospital experience.
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum of two years of hospital experience.
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Neuro ICU experience.
- Neuro ICU experience.
Special Considerations:
- Must wear solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire (scrub tops may have colored piping).
- Will position float between units.
- Every other weekend is required.
