Role: ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst

Location : Austin TX and Sunnyvale CA onsite

12 months

Experience Required:

5 PLUS years of relevant experience in ServiceNow HRSD module

Skills Required:

ServiceNow HRSD expertise - In-depth knowledge of HR Case and Knowledge Management Enterprise Onboarding and Lifecycle Events.
Process Mapping and Documentation - Ability to map HR workflows create business requirements documentation (BRD) and translate them into user stories/acceptance criteria.
Technical Proficiency - Understanding of ServiceNow platform data models tables and security models.
Systems Integration - Familiarity with HCM integrations (example Workday).
Agile Methodology - Experience with Scrum sprint planning and backlog management.
Stakeholder Management - Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops with HR business partners and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process improvements and document functional specs.
Configuration Design - Design HRSD applications (Configurable Workspace Service Portal) using platform best practices.
Testing and Support - Develop test plans manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
Data Analysis - Analyze HR data for reporting and operational efficiency.
Reporting and Analytics - Create dashboards and performance analytics to measure HR service delivery such as SLA metrics
Platform Administration - Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations including minor enhancements and defect triage.

Preferred Skills:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD preferred
