Administrative Assistant III (Machine Repair Technician Level 3) AeroTech Airport Services
Location: Oshkosh WI 54902 Contract 7:00 am 4:00 pm Central US Citizenship Required
Job Summary:
This senior-level Machine Repair Technician role is pivotal in ensuring optimal functionality and safety of complex Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) systems at a major airport. The position demands advanced troubleshooting mechanical expertise and leadership in maintenance operations. You will drive operational excellence and seamless airport services through hands-on repairs preventive maintenance and technical documentation.
Skills Emphasis:
Exceptional mechanical electrical and troubleshooting abilities are essential. Welding experience is highly valued. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED a valid driver s license security clearance eligibility and over five years of maintenance operations experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair Passenger Boarding Bridges and related electrical/mechanical components.
- Perform scheduled unscheduled and emergency maintenance; lead preventive predictive and corrective efforts.
- Direct and delegate tasks while engaging with team members and customers professionally.
- Interpret manuals and work orders to ensure accurate repairs and service.
- Document maintenance activities in CMMS; analyze data to resolve recurring issues.
- Communicate critical updates to supervisors; operate forklifts carts and company vehicles.
- Adhere to company safety standards and participate in all required trainings.
